Having a Tented Wedding Affair

Many people today decide on alternative ideas for their reception. Often large weddings become not only expensive but hard to locate reception space to include all parties on your guest list. Tented affairs are becoming very popular and if you decide to research your options you may be presently surprised.

AT HOME WEDDINGS
At home weddings are beautiful but often there just isn't enough space to hold and accommodate your guests comfortably, by renting a tent to be set up in the backyard you will not only cut costs with reception space but you can make it all you want your wedding reception to be. The comfort of an at home wedding can be stressful as you are often making all the small detailed decisions and hoping everything goes as planned, keep in mind you can put close family members in charge of minor details and delegate small responsibilities to lesson your preparation load. Wedding coordinators are also available to help you with all the important planning decisions. Rentals of chairs, tables and all accessories can usually all be rented through your tent rental company. Trees, shrubs, plants and garden favours can also be rented through some garden centers to dress up your out door event, this also helping to cut your costs with floral displays and arrangements.

GARDEN WEDDINGS
Garden weddinds are often held at museums or historical grounds. More then often the grounds management offers party packages such as, tented affairs, theme weddings and garden receptions, some may include all rentals at a set cost and others rent you the space required to host you affair. Check with the location you are considering to iron out small details.

CONSIDER THE POSSIBILITIES
Consider the possibilities of arched entry ways in a garden setting, a bridge with a romantic path of ambience from the outdoors, as night pulls in the dim lights flood the tented affair with romance and a seemingly endless fun filled evening. Catering service, wonderful music and entertainment the sound of your guests having a great time all seem to be the perfect out come for your major planned event. These are some things you don't get to choose when planning an indoor affair or wedding reception at a hall or other.

TENT CHOICES
until you research your possibilities through local tent rental companies you may not understand the magnitude of choices you may have to select from. These days you are not just renting a simple tent, you may be able to choose between stained glass-panels, ladies and mens' rest rooms, air conditioning and your choice of flooring. Tens can be color coordinated to match your wedding theme, more then one tent can be joined to create a larger space to accommodate your needs. Of coarse such fancy tents can cost more on your budget then a more simple one. However, do some research on your options and weigh the odds of cost and convenience it will hold on you.
